Meanwhile, Druckmann and Mazin have stated that the second season will most likely not cover the entirety of the second game, effectively indicating that season 3 will also take place. “It’s more than one season,” Druckmann explained to GQ.
“You have correctly noted that we will not say how many,” Mazin added. However, more than one of these is factually correct.”
