The only thing keeping it all together had been Mitch. Mike finds a way to restore order for a while temporarily.

However, things quickly spiral out of control when prisoners are released and start attacking police officers. They murder a lot of Mike’s close associates and narrowly avoid killing his brother Kyle.

The mayor of Kingstown is portrayed by Jeremy Renner, who also plays the part of Hawkeye, a member of the Avengers. Actor Taylor Handley, born in California, made his acting debut in Jack Frost.

He has acted in a number of shows and films over the years, including Vegas, Bird Box, and Chasing Mavericks. Kyle, the character Taylor plays, is the only brother Mike has left after Mitch’s passing.
