The match between Mumbai and Saurashtra was played in Ahmedabad.

The high scoring game was initiated well by team Mumbai as they opted to bat first and scored 544 runs, declaring their innings at the loss of 7 wickets.

Sarfaraz Khan scored a wonderful double-century as he scored 245 runs in the first innings of Mumbai. His double-ton was appreciated by cricketers and analysts all over social media. Ajinkya Rahane seems to have been making a decent comeback after scoring 129 runs in the first innings.

Saurashtra was bowled out for 220 runs in their first innings as Mohit and Shams took 4 wickets each to restrict Saurashtra. Forced to follow on, Saurashtra batted once again and they batted better this time as they scored 372 runs at the loss of 9 wickets. The last wicket partnership was left on a string as Saurashtra survived the game which resulted in a draw.
