Ryan Reynolds made the announcement that they are working on the script for Deadpool 3, which will be produced by Marvel Studios exactly one year after the release of the second Deadpool film (2018). You may recall that 20th Century Fox Studios was responsible for the distribution of the first two movies in the series; however, Marvel Studios successfully completed their acquisition of Fox in March of 2019. This indicates that Deadpool will be incorporated into the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as was previously stated by Bob Iger, who served as the CEO of The Walt Disney Company.
Following Reynolds’s confirmation, Kevin Feige, president of Marvel Studios, also stated in January 2021 that a third Deadpool picture will take set within the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). It has been some time since the lead actor and the president of Marvel confirmed the new movie, but is there a definitive release date that we should be discussing, or do we still not know anything about it? The response can be found below.

Date of the Release of Deadpool 3
Shawn Levy, who has previously collaborated with Ryan Reynolds on the films Free Guy (2021) and The Adam Project, was named as the director of the next film Deadpool 3 in March 2022. As a result, the release date for Deadpool 3 will not take place anywhere in the year 2022. At the same time, it was announced that Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, who had written the scripts for the first two Deadpool movies, would be penning the screenplay for the third installment.
Since all movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe are rated PG-13, one thing that fans definitely worry about about Deadpool’s future in the MCU is the possibility that the movie could lose its Rated-R universe. Nevertheless, Marvel Studios announced the year before that it will keep the sequel’s R rating, much like it did with the films that came before it.
We have one piece of information that provides us with a hint regarding the possible release date of the film Deadpool 3, despite the fact that the official release date of the picture has not yet been disclosed. According to Feige, production on the movie would most likely get underway in the latter half of 2022, though the specific month in which shooting will get underway is unknown for certain.
If we had to make an educated judgment as to when the movie would come out, we would have to examine the development, post-production, and distribution timelines of the two movies that came out before this one.
Filming for the first Deadpool movie took place from March to May of 2015, and the post-production phase, which included the addition of special effects, began that summer. The film was finally made available to the public about a year later, in February of 2016. Production on the second movie went on for a lengthier period of time, beginning in June 2017 and continuing all the way through October of that same year.
Just like its predecessor, Deadpool 2 was only released 11 months after production first began on the movie. This was also the case with the first installment. In May of 2018, Deadpool 2 was released in theaters throughout the world.
Now, if we apply the same time frame to the production of the third Deadpool movie, we can say that filming may end in the spring of 2023, and the movie would be available for viewing in either February or March of 2024. This is assuming that we use the same time frame.

Who will play the role of the antagonist in Deadpool 3?
In an interview, the filmmaker Shawn Levy stated that one of his goals for the third movie is to cast Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. However, it is not known whether or not the director was successful in achieving this goal.
Reynolds dropped hints that Jackman will have a role in the story of the movie, suggesting that he and Deadpool would take a journey together. Even if this were to happen in the movie, there would still be a need for a villain because the story needs someone to oppose the protagonist.
Earlier this year, there was a rumor circulating that Jim Carrey will portray a villain in the upcoming installment of the Deadpool movie franchise. This piece of information has not been validated by anyone affiliated with the movie. According to some rumors, Jim Carrey will portray the role of Madcap, a villain in the Marvel Universe who possesses the ability to mind control and convinces those he manipulates to follow his orders by making them listen to his recommendations.
A soap bubble pistol is used by the character to exert their will over anyone who comes into touch with the bubbles. In the comics, Madcap crosses paths with a variety of superheroes and supervillains, including Daredevil, She-Hulk, Ghost Rider, and Deadpool.
As was stated previously, this is not in any way confirmed. Now all we can do is sit tight and watch what happens.
Is Deadpool’s son actually Cable?
Cable has a convoluted history, and many people still do not understand who he is or where he originates from. Nathan Christopher Charles Summers is his birth name, and he is an X-Men character’s kid. His father, Scott Summers, is a mutant with the ability to fire devastating beams from his eyes, and his mother, Jean Grey, is a mutant with the ability to communicate telepathically.
Nathan was taken to the future for his own safety as a youngster, but he eventually made his way back to the present day as the adult mercenary known as Cable. Therefore, the answer to the question “Is Cable Deadpool’s son?” is negative. Cable is not Deadpool’s son.
