In 2004, Banks paid around $3 million for a 5,740 square foot house in Beverly Hills. In 2016, she sold the Spanish Colonial with four bedrooms for $6.33 million.
Banks presently owns a 7,000-square-foot duplex in Manhattan with a salon, a gym, and a dressing room with a mirror. In 2009, she paid $10.13 million for the duplex in Battery Park City that contains four flats. In March 2015, she advertised the condo for rent, asking $50,000 per month. Then, in the spring of 2017, Banks listed the property for $17.5 million, but it has not yet been sold.
Banks has just begun flipping residences in Los Angeles. In May of 2018, she offered two properties for sale in the Pacific Palisades area. The first apartment was 6,135 square feet and was offered for $9.25 million, while the second was 3,700 square feet and was acquired for $4.25 million. She acquired the larger property two years ago for $7.35 million, while she purchased the smaller home in 2014 for $3.25 million. Within a few months, she sold both residences for $8.9 million and $4 million, respectively. In the same year, she also sold a Los Angeles townhouse for $1.47 million.
