Boundless Ascension Chapter 12 Recap
Seong-Yun went from the outside world to the tower and woke up in the bed there. He discovered the item was useful in both dimensions. Seong-Yun began preparing for the Trial on the fifth floor, where he spent 5500 points on a thunder sword and 3800 points on a shield. Seong-Yun gains the ability, “Eyes of the truth,” before he buys the item, allowing him to see the stories behind objects and tell whether a person is being dishonest.
He had progressed to the Tower of Trial’s fifth level, where the challenge was extremely difficult and would take a whole day to complete. If Seong-yun failed to fight the wolf person, he would be killed or run out of time, and if he succeeded, he would receive the wolf person’s headband as his reward.
As he reached the top floor, a group of wolves approached him. No wolves were left standing once he finished with them. As soon as he finished off the last wolf, five bigger white ones came charging in, but he easily dispatched them.
With his new blade, he easily dispatched all of them. His proficiency went up to 16% after he vanquished the wolves. He was astonished to find many wolves hacked in half on the road to Wolf Gorge, and he wondered who might be responsible.
Using his new power, “the eyes of truth,” he discovered that their murderer had employed a skilled aura. While he was investigating the crime, the wolf man suddenly descended from the sky.
The previous Condition was fulfilled and the wolf person had perished, as indicated by a pop-up message. Analyzing it revealed that someone had interfered with Seong-Yun’s challenge, changing the objective from killing the wolf person to killing the inter-dimensional intruder; the person who killed the wolf person appeared; he was fully covered in armor; he also had a huge sword in his hand, and he was twice the size of Seong-Hyun.
