We talk about what we think will happen in episodes 3 and 4 of the first season of the Netflix K-drama The Interest of Love. We also talk about when they will come out and where you can watch them online.
Another month, another Korean drama. This one takes place at the end of the year 2022. Ahn Su-Yeong (Moon Ga-young) and Ha Sang-Su (Yoo Yeon-Seok), who work at the same bank, seem to be falling in love in the first episode of The Interest of Love.
In Episode 2, Sang-Su is sad because Su-Yeong turned him down. If you’ve ever been love-sick, you know that it’s a terrible, scary feeling. Even though Sang-Su thought he was in love with Su-Yeong, everything falls apart when he makes a mistake on a date.
The Korean drama has already had a few surprises. Su-cruel Yeong’s rejection of Sang-Su happened early on. At the end of episode 2, Sang-Su sees Jeong Jong-hyun holding Su-Yeong. He didn’t really think she liked him, but all the signs show that she does. But will episodes 3 and 4 have another twist?

The Interest of Love Season 1 Episode 2 Review
Ladies, do you think this is attractive? The needy, clingy, and persistent guy who can’t take no for an answer? I didn’t think so, so no. Since Sang-Su is so hard to root for, I hope he doesn’t end up with Su-Yeong at this point. He doesn’t have anything that makes him stand out, and the whole show seems set on making him a sad guy with puppy-dog eyes who just wants to be in love. But what is it about Su-Yeong that he likes?
Su-Yeong, on the other hand, is a far more interesting person. Even though we don’t know why she broke up with Sang-Su, he should just accept her choice and move on. There are many other women around. I think Mr. Jeong might be a close friend or a family member, which would explain why they are so close. It wouldn’t surprise me if the man at the oyster shop turned out to be Su-father Yeong’s and her family opened the shop next to the bank.
That’s pretty much the only reason to keep watching this show. Some people will like this one, but Sang-toxic Su’s behavior, like following Su-Yeong around and constantly getting in her space, makes him a hard character to like. The story doesn’t have much of a hook, and neither do the supporting characters. We’ll see how this one goes over the next few weeks.
