Another season of the Cleaning Lady series is on the way. The Cleaning Lady is a crime drama television series in the United States. It is based on Miranda Kwok’s 2017 Argentine television series LA CHIGA KE OLYMPIA THE FLEEING LADY. Elodie Yung stars as Thony De La Rosa, the series’ main character, with Adan Canto as Arman Morales, Oliver Hudson as Garrett Miller, and Martha Miller as Fiona.
Following the success of Season 1, fans are anxiously anticipating Season 2. Season 1 started on Fox on January 3, 2022, and ran through March 14, 2022. Thony, the main character of Season 1, is a Filipino doctor who currently lives in Las Vegas with her sister-in-law Fiona. She is a cleaning lady that works in workplaces and residences. She travels to the United States for the treatment of her son Luca. Her youngster had an immunodeficiency disease and needed a bone marrow transplant.

But things became worse when the hospital refused to treat him. Her visa had already expired, but she opted to stay in LA to complete her son Luca’s therapy. She is now an illegal immigrant who is concealing by exploiting system flaws.
But her world is turned upside down when she witnesses the death of her employer, Theo. The Mafia considered murdering her as a danger, but Thony convinced them that she could assist them in cleaning up the crime scene. Her performance astounded them.
She was offered positions as a professional cleaner and a doctor in the Mafia Organization. In exchange, the group compensates her well. She hid after discovering several flaws in the system.
The Cleaning Lady Season 2 Release Date
Season 2 will be released on September 19, 2022. The trailer has not yet been published, however, the promotional video for Season 2 has been released. As the end of August approaches, there are only a few weeks till the release.
The Cleaning Lady Season 2 Plot
Season 2’s narrative will depict Thony’s different elements and difficulties. Season 2 will address all of Thony’s questions, such as where she can find her kid and spouse. Will she be able to preserve her own and her son’s lives? Will Arman accompany her on her journey? How will she deal with the FBI and Mafia?

It’ll be fascinating to observe how Fiona and Thony’s characters evolve, as both are lured and eager to tread the dark road. However, whether the advantage will be greater than the expense is yet unknown.
