According to the official description of the last season, “Here is where crack began.” Over the course of five seasons, Snowfall on FX has depicted how an off-the-books CIA program contributed to the destruction of South Central Los Angeles through rock cocaine.
In this sixth and last season, set in October 1986, civil strife threatens to destroy the Saint family.
Franklin is destitute and is compelled to rob his Aunt Louie and Uncle Jerome after being eliminated by former CIA man Teddy McDonald.
In the meantime, Louie had replaced Franklin as Teddy’s sole purchaser, undercutting her nephew and establishing a rival business.”
