Companies usually held auditions online or in person, depending on the company, and chose some applicants to become trainees and work with them toward becoming K-pop idols. Indias are also coming forward in this time of K-pop. Priyanka Mazumdar and Siddhant Arora were the first Indian artists to join the K-Pop industry.

Later in 2021, the management company for the female group BLACK SWAN, DRmusic Entertainment, held auditions all over the world to find a new member to be the group’s fifth. Aria is the second Indian K-pop star to join the MEP-C K-Pop Group after Sriya Lenka. Her real name at birth is Baby Gauthami. On March 12, 2003, she was born. She is only 19 years old, but she has already reached this Milestone. After she heard about BTS and BLACKPINK, Aria wanted to be a K-Pop Idol. She wanted to change into one of them.
When she started learning Korean, that was the first thing she did to get ready. She also used to practice singing Korean songs. He used to dance when she was a child. Then, when she wanted to try out for a K-Pop group, she took part in a Global Audition held by GBK Entertainment.
Around the beginning of January 2022, the Audition was announced on the Twitter page for GBK Entertainment. There were three rounds in all of the Auditions. Aria signed up for GBK Entertainment’s online training Programme Universe, which tries to find girls who might join a girl group in the future.

The group will become K-Pop Idol after their training is done.
The company now posts photos of all of its employees on its Twitter page. Under each member’s profile was a graph that rated them in six different ways. Which are Visual, Performance, Dance, Rap, Vocal, Character, and Character. Aria has been praised for her acting, performance, and personality, but her singing, rapping, and dancing skills, which are very important, don’t get as much attention. Nova did well in dance and rap, but not so well in the other categories.
Even though rankings might help internet users learn more about the members, the seriousness of the profiles is drawing more negative attention to the group. The audience doesn’t need to worry because the group is still in the “Trainee” stage, where they are still learning how to sing and dance.
