One of Us Is Lying is an American television mystery drama created by Erica Saleh. The series is based on Karen M. McManus’s 2017 novel of the same name.
Five high school students undergo detention, where one dies under strange circumstances, prompting an investigation. It also has Mark McKenna as Simon, the murdered student, Annalisa Cochrane, Chibuikem Uche, Marianly Tejada, and Cooper van Grootel as the primary suspects, and Barrett Carnahan, Jessica McLeod, and Melissa Collazo in minor roles.
In addition, the series launched on Peacock on October 7, 2021, to generally favorable reviews from the media. Previously, in January 2022, the series was renewed for a second season that would debut this year.

What is the Plot of One of Us is Lying Season 2?
The Season 1 finale showed that Jake was responsible for Simon’s death, as is common knowledge.
The issue began as a cruel joke between Simon and their ex-friend Jake when Jake removed the epi-pen from the nurse’s office and framed Addy for murder.
Jake was killed in the subsequent pandemonium, with Cooper, Janae, and Addy disposing of his body while everyone believed he was on the run. Therefore, there is ample opportunity for the truth regarding Jake’s death to be revealed in season two.
