The British teen thriller series Get Even debuted on BBC iPlayer on February 14, 2020. Holly Phillips adapted the book series Don’t Get Mad by Gretchen McNeil for the television series, which follows a group of schoolgirls who create a group to expose school bullies.
The series was acquired by Netflix and distributed internationally in August 2020. The BBC launched the spin-off series Rebel Cheer Squad in February 2022.

Get Even Season One Summary
As previously stated, the show is based on a series of novels by Gretchen McNeil. If you recall, from season 1, the girls ultimately managed to record Logan’s confession and reveal his narrative to the world. Following this, they received some unfavorable news.
Kitty disclosed to the other girls that her scholarship would not be renewed. Therefore, they are in a peculiar dilemma regarding how to assist Kitty in remaining in school. Therefore, the girls made it their next task and agreed to assist Kitty. Kitty’s future is in jeopardy, and only DGM’s assistance can rescue her scholarship.
However, the DGM has essentially other concerns, and they may face a greater threat. After learning about the misconduct of its personnel and students, the DGM incarcerated prominent individuals. This occurred at the conclusion of the first season.

The series is excellent in every respect. I enjoy it primarily because of the story and, more importantly, because it lacks annoying teen-oriented content. As required by the narrative, there are standard party and drinking scenes, but there are no extras. The cast’s acting and performance were outstanding. I’m hoping that a second season will be produced.
