Season 2 – Master of Arms – Battlefield 2042 is about to begin.
The upcoming season begins on all platforms on August 30, bringing with it a new map, a new specialist, an abundance of new weapons and hardware, and 100 levels of new battle pass content.
Season 2 of Master of Arms moves the action to the Panama Canal with its new Stranded map – an exciting new battle across a drained lake with a shipwrecked tanker that serves as a black-market hub.
Players of Battlefield 2042 will vie for control of the Starg Ceres, a black market for illicit military hardware. As expected, the tanker favors close-quarters combat with narrow corridors, abundant cover, and close proximity to objectives. You may want to bring a shotgun.
Charlie Crawford, an ex-arms dealer with a Mounted Vulcan stationary minigun (which can be used by other Specialists) and the ability to revive teammates and refill their gadget ammo, is your new Season 2 Specialist.
Regarding firearms, Season 2 includes a few new firearms to acquire.
The new AM40 is a mid-range alternative that falls between assault rifles and submachine guns, whereas the Avancys is a lightweight machine gun that maximizes mobility and attachments. The PF51 is positioned between an SMG and a pistol but has a massive magazine.
The new concussion grenade provides the opportunity to daze and confuse enemies.
All of these and more are accessible on the black market… In All-Out Warfare, there is a new way to acquire some of your favorite weapons.
Completing Assignments will unlock Vault Weapons, such as the M60E4 and M163. These weapons were previously only available in Battlefield Portal. These are the first two that will become available with the start of the new season; others will become available as the season progresses.
The latest season of Battlefield 2042 contains a large number of new features. In addition, all items that affect gameplay will be unlocked without the premium battle pass, allowing you to earn them regardless of your battle pass status.
The new map, Stranded, places players in a drained lake near a sunken tanker named Starg Ceres. The players will battle for control of the ship and can engage in close-quarters combat within it.
Regarding the new Specialist, Season 2 of Battlefield 2042 welcomes Charlie Crawford. He is a healer and support who can revive players and replenish their equipment. Additionally, he can use the Mounted Vulcan minigun.
The new season of Battlefield 2042 includes the AM40 carbine, which is marketed as a “middle ground” between an assault rifle and a submachine gun. Another new weapon is the light machine gun Avancys. The PF41 is a combination of a submachine gun and a pistol, while the concussion grenade temporarily confuses enemies.
