For Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2, is there a Trailer?
Along with the news that season 4 part 2 will be released in the winter, MAPPA also revealed a little trailer for Attack on Titan’s comeback. Its return date is just briefly mentioned in the trailer’s 15 seconds of runtime. Only the fact that the second half of the season will soon be available and the date on which it will air are provided in this first peek at the show’s return.
Despite this, there are a few moving pictures in the brief trailer. The teaser begins with a girl appearing to be dying underwater, then changes swiftly to a shot of the same girl dressed dowdily in front of a group of accusatory people gesturing at her.
She is then depicted submerged once more, this time with a glowing spine in the background. She is framed as an Eldian, whose identity is unknown but who is most likely from the series’ past given that the character is not yet present in the present.
The teaser concludes with a shot of what looks to be Eren facing a bright tree following a montage of brief scenes from the Attack on Titan lore. This is perhaps an allegory for Eren’s function as the Founding Titan, who has the power to influence all other titans, in the last group of episodes.
