Tammy finally qualified for weight reduction surgery, according to a TLC preview, as she weighed 534.7 pounds, less than the 550-pound minimum necessary for the procedure. The 1000-pound Sisters star was observed announcing the exciting news to the crew:
“I got good news. Dr. Smith gave his initials and approved my motherf*****g surgery.”
