The CSK management is now thinking to form a team for the future and they are also looking for a new captain for the team because the upcoming edition of the IPL might be the last one for MS Dhoni as a cricketer.

Both MS Dhoni and the CSK management are proactively working together for a smooth transition in the leadership level of the team. As per the reports, MS Dhoni could handover the captaincy to Ravindra Jadeja because he has a great experience and is the oldest player on the CSK side after MS Dhoni.
