The Indian cricket team arrived in Ahmedabad on Monday for the three-match ODI series against West Indies on February 6.

All the players have already entered the bio-bubble between Sunday and Monday.

“They will undergo a three-day quarantine,” a BCCI official told PTI.

Indian leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal had posted a photo of his departure for Ahmedabad on Saturday. The series will be the first for Rohit Sharma as a full time ODI captain of the side.

Former captain Virat Kohli is a part of both the ODI and T20I squads for the West Indies series. Vice captain KL Rahul will be available for only the 2 ODI of the 3 match series, starting February 6 in Ahmedabad, said BCCI.

Left-arm wrist-spinner Kuldeep Yadav returns to ODI squad, while leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi has received a place in the ODI and T20 teams.

Jaspreet Bumra and Mohammad Shami are away for two series. Washington Sundar, who is away for the South Africa ODIs will play in the home series. Bhuvneshwar Kumar has been ruled out of the ODi squad for the first three-match series against South Africa earlier this month. On the other side the senior spinner R Ashwin has been ruled out of the West Indies series due to injury.
