According to court records obtained by The Sun, Beauty Lab released screenshots of conversations between Monica and Regan Brooks, a licensed medical assistant who conducted the cosmetic operations on the Bravo star.

Monica thanked and commended the services in her Instagram messages. Monica showed off her luscious lips and texted, “OB-SESSED!!” in one of the exchanges received by the site on December 10, 2019. “You’re amazing,” she said, adding two heart emojis.

Heather Gay’s medical facility, Beauty Lab and Laser, sued Monica Garcia of ‘RHOSLC’ Season 4 for “breach of contract and breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing” in August.

Monica signed a contract with the Beauty Lab on December 10, 2019, to pay $2,449 for cosmetic injection treatments, according to the lawsuit. Monica, on the other hand, allegedly only paid the first amount of $449.

The $49 set-up charge and $400 down payment were included in the initial payment. Monica was supposed to make $200 monthly installments for the next ten months, but she allegedly did not, and she now owes Beauty Lab $2,000 in fees.

Why Monica Garcia Didn’t Pay the Remaining Installments?

After Heather Gay’s Beauty Lab sued Monica Garcia for a $2,000 debt, the ‘RHOSLC’ Season 4 newcomer countersued on November 7 and explained why she hadn’t paid the remaining installments.

According to the documents obtained by the outlet, Monica stated that she “received defective, negligently given injections, which did not have the intended, promised result” and that this is why she did not continue to make additional payments.

Monica further claimed that the “botched” injections caused her to seek the services of another “competent party to repair the damage” to her nose and lips, despite Beauty Lab’s offer to repair the damage.

In her counterclaim, the reality star claimed that Beauty Lab ‘promised’ her that they would not seek more payment and that she “suffered more damages” than the medical spa.
