This week, personal trainer Linn Lowes published a photo of herself now compared to years ago, demonstrating why she is the perfect example of the effectiveness of her bum workouts.
A personal trainer displayed on her Instagram page how much her bum had expanded due to her rear-toning exercises.
Linn Lowes is a well-known Swedish personal trainer with 3.1M Instagram followers.
The 35-year-old is particularly well-known for her booty exercises, and by uploading images of herself this week, she proved to her fans why her workouts are so effective.
The blonde beauty appeared to have a considerably smaller look in the old photo, which she claimed was taken “about eight iPhone models ago.” In contrast, she displayed a toned and curvy look in today’s photograph.
The photo comes after Linn shared one of her booty workouts with followers this week, displaying her figure in a crop top and shorts.
She explained that it was a glute exercise she ‘doesn’t regularly do,’ but that it was ‘fun and hard to change it up.
“I changed my Standing Kickbacks,” she told her fans.
Linn provided a list of exercises for supporters to perform. There were also step-ups, hip thrusts, frog pumps, and donkey kicks.
She added video footage of each step so that her followers would know how to perform them correctly.
Linn stated that the activity “came out to be a wonderful workout that I thoroughly loved.”

At the age of 26, Linn was diagnosed with lymphoma, a disease that starts in cells of the lymph system. This motivated her to seek a profession in health and fitness and to help others “realize just how important exercise and health truly are.”
