Henry Golding and Liv Lo Welcome Their Second Baby Together

Henry Golding’s second child has arrived in the world! The couple announced the exciting news on Instagram. Henry and Liv have named their newborn daughter, Florence Likan Golding. Their daughter was born on September 9, 2023.

“The journey of childbirth is full of ups and downs, but it is always glorious.” “This is our birth story,” the couple wrote in an Instagram video posted on Wednesday.

Lo revealed her delivery date on her FitSphere website. She reported on her website that she gave birth to her daughter Florence Likan Goulding one day after her due date. She had checked into the hospital at that point due to significant bleeding.

Liv hoped to have a vaginal birth, but she developed a fever, and “the baby started to go into distress,” forcing the physicians to perform an emergency C-section. She soon dilated to 10 centimeters and was transferred to the operating room.

“My doctor came in and said, fortunately, that I had the option to push, but the baby would have to be born right away,” Lo wrote. Florence Likan Golding was born at 9:03 a.m. on 9/9/23 after three pushes.”

In the Instagram video, Golding can be seen cleaning the child shortly after she was born and then cutting the umbilical cord. According to her website, “Baby Flo breastfed like a champ during the golden hour before we were whisked together to postpartum recovery.”

In that case, “Daddy Henry oversaw as she was PICC lined and intubated.” In the video, Golding can be seen sitting next to the incubator with his baby girl inside, while his 2-year-old daughter Lyla gently touches her little sister.

Liv was brought to the hospital again shortly after giving birth to her baby girl, this time for treatment of a blood infection. After that, the couple was finally allowed to take their baby girl Florence home. The Persuasion actor can be seen loading the newborn into the car in the footage.
