Buddy Daddies Episode 11 Review and Recap
Rei and Kazuki couldn’t handle being without Miri, and they almost stopped working. The first one went back to his father to join the group.
Kazuki wanted to work, but Kyuutaro said he couldn’t because he was sick. Misaki moved to a place close to where Miri went to daycare.
When Miri asked her mum when her dads would come to get her, Misaki told her they weren’t her dads and apologized for leaving her.
But for Miri, everything was hard to understand and over her head. Rei found out that his father had betrayed him and sent an assassin to kill Miri and Kazuki.
Rei told Kazuki about this, and Kazuki rushed to Misaki’s new home to tell Kyuutaro what was going on. Kazuki tried to stop Ogino from killing Misaki when he saw him shooting her, but he was shot instead. Kazuki kept Ogino from leaving and made him leave by calling the police.
Misaki asked Kazuki to protect her daughter as her last request as she lay dying in his arms. Miri and Kazuki were sleeping when Kyuutaro took them to his safe house, which not even Shigeki knew about.
After Rei joined them, Kazuki told him that they could pretend that Miri had died and sent her to an orphanage far away. But Rei wanted to stay together with her family as they had planned.
Kazuki said yes to Rei’s request, but he put a lot of conditions on it, like helping him with his daily chores and letting him play video games for less time. Together, they told Kyuutaro that they would no longer be assassins and that they would be a real family.
