Until Your Sword Breaks Manga Recap
In the last part, we met Matsuri’s roommate, friend, and coworker, Aigaki Ren. Matsuri’s first friend in Edo was Ren. Ren took her in when he found out she had nowhere to go. He gave her a job at the Soba Restaurant. In the last chapter, Matsuri took Yunosuke to the restaurant to meet Ren and try their famous Soba noodles.

Matsuri and Yunosuke were glad to do what she asked. During their journey, a wild dog attacked, and Matsuri ran up a tree to get away. Yunosuke was able to get the dog under control, and he even found it a new home later on.
It turns out that Ren wanted to go to the cemetery because when she was young, her parents got a disease that killed them.
